Player Dues and Responsibilities 2010 Season

Please login to access the requested page

Background

The Palo Alto Lacrosse club depends on the financial support of its members and participants to fund field, equipment and supplies necessary to play the game. Players who participate without payment impact the ability of the club to make advance payments and jeopardize the club’s ability to continue in the Northern California Chapter of the US Lacrosse foundation. Sponsors are welcome, please forward contact information for interested parties and agencies to the Club President.

Policy

Game and Practice times depend on player’s ability to meet the financial obligations for the club. An Agreement for dues payment will be sent to each registered club participant to sign and return to the Treasurer.

All club participants are required to pay Practice Dues in the amount of $ 175 for the 2010 season to be eligible for practices, games and tournaments. Practice dues are non-refundable. Players may arrange for (3) installment payments, due in whole by May 15, 2010. Contact treasurer@paloaltolacrosse.com for details and to create a contractual agreement.
Practice dues do not automatically qualify players for game time; see Club Policy.

All game participants that have greater than 5 minutes aggregate play time are responsible to remit $20/game. Game fees will be billed monthly, net 30.

Tournament games require separate payment fees, determined by the Club President and Tournament Directors. Players wishing to participate in tournaments, regardless of resultant game time minutes, are responsible for the aggregate Club tournament fees. Payment is due in advance, no later than the day of the tournament in order to participate.

Team uniform and equipment orders will be made available to players at the discretion of the Club President. Advance payment for all orders is required.

The Treasurer will remit monthly invoices for dues and fees direct to Players, and will provide an account summary upon request.
Players are responsible to update contact information throughout the season.

The Club President has the right to dismiss all or a portion of individual player dues and fees.
